MACHINE DESIGN AND REVERSE ENGINEERING

With the takeover of INVENTIS in 2020, Drekan Groupe has set up a study office specialising in rotating machines. From the dimensional control service of new or in-service parts, through the design work of new parts or the reverse engineering of machines under reconstruction, Drekan will be able to support you in all your engineering projects dedicated to electrical machines.

Our capabilities and tools

•  20 technicians and engineers
•  2x 3D portable scanners
•  17x Catia licences
•  2x Autocad licences
•  2x Solid Works licences

Sometimes, it’s what you don’t see that makes all the difference

OUR OFFER DREKAN GROUP

DESIGN OF NEW MACHINES

From the simple lifting device to the lifting of a 200 or 300 tons rotor in the workshop, including specific containers for the transport of alternator components or key specific handling, Inventis has extensive experience in the feasibility study, manufacture and certification of tools associated with the construction, handling or adjustments of your rotating machines.
Numerous partnerships allow us to take in charge the manufacturing and certificate of the components designed by our teams.

REVERSE ENGINEERING

Whether it comes to make 3D models of involutes with often complex shapes, design winding design templates, validate a machine’s geometry following an incident or manufacture a replicate, Inventis has a real know-how. To achieve your challenges, Inventis combines traditional measurement and control methods with the use of 3D scanners.
Drekan EPCS and Inventis teams can also work together during your maintenance operations in order to take advantage of a planned stop to carry out checks or measures on site or in our workshop. Our teams travel across the country but also
across the world to support you in your projects.
