SEELEC, structure de référence dans la Creuse avec 2M€ de CA et 15 salariés

Installée à Bonnat à proximité de Guéret (23) depuis 1975, l’entreprise SEELEC commercialise des produits et services électromécaniques (moteurs, pompes, variateurs, etc.) sur un secteur allant de Châteauroux au Nord jusqu’à Montluçon à l’Est ou Limoge à l’Ouest . Elle compte 15 salariés à temps plein et réalise un CA d’environ 2M€.

La reprise de SEELEC, dont l’activité est similaire à celle de Drekan Electromécanique, lui permettra de mieux servir sa clientèle du centre de la France, notamment en venant renforcer les équipes déjà en place à Nevers, agence qui souffre de difficultés de recrutement importantes. Aussi, le modèle commercial de SEELEC qui propose des services de maintenance électrotechnique (travaux sur TGBT, transformateurs, etc.), en plus des travaux électromécaniques, pourrait rapidement être généralisé à l’ensemble des sites Drekan Electromécanique. De son côté, SEELEC bénéficiera des compétences du groupe pour, par exemple, proposer à ses clients des travaux de maintenance sur des machines de forte puissance ou de fort tonnage, elle bénéficiera également des importants stocks de Drekan pour accroitre sa réactivité vis-à-vis de sa clientèle historique.

Avec cette opération, Drekan-Groupe, PME familiale spécialisée dans la fabrication, la vente et la réparation de machines de conversion d’énergie (moteurs, alternateurs ou transformateurs) passe la barre des 20M€ de CA proforma pour un effectif de près de 150 salariés.  aomei partition assistant crack auto tune crack

Axciss has just signed the acquisition of all the assets of transformer manufacturer VRT-Power (formerly Vonroll Transformer). This buyout includes all of the production tools, the test resources as well as the industrial property of VRT-Power, an asset that will enable the group to manufacture and market internationally a very fine range of products ranging from transformers from 400kVA MV/LV distribution to the 500MVA HV power transformer via certain specific equipment such as power rectifiers which will have their place within the H2-Powerlab project. Before the cessation of its activities at the end of 2020, VRT-Power generated 50 million US$ in turnover and employed around 250 employees in its Israeli factory, the activity also contributed to the maintenance of nearly 200 indirect jobs. The validation of this relocation project in Europe by Axciss, possibly on its Beautor site, is very good news for the group’s management, particularly in a « Covid » context where Drekan’s traditional activity in the industry is struggling to to restart. It should be noted that the transformer market is not experiencing the crisis since it should increase from 15 billion euros in 2020 to nearly 25 billion in 2025, particularly drawn for renewable energies or electromobility.

VRT Power, created in 1949, specializes in power transformers up to 650MVA under 400KV

Even if VRT manufactured and marketed standard distribution transformers from 400 to 5,000KVA until last summer, a “food” production that Axciss obviously intends to pursue, its added value lies above all in power transformers. The VRT Power range taken over by Axciss also includes more specific equipment (rectifier transformers, zigzag, traction transformers, SVC, Step-Up, etc.) or mobile HTB stations very similar to those already operated by Drekan-Power Rental.

The operation provides exceptional production and test equipment that will enable the company to strengthen the capacities of its Beautor site if it is validated to host the VRT activity.

In addition to the capacities for testing rotating machines already being installed at Beautor (3 benches allowing low and medium voltage rotating machines to be tested under load up to 18MVA under 13.8KV), the possible arrival on this same site of the VRT test platform could significantly strengthen its attractiveness at European level. (Insulation test capability up to 2400 kV, 300 MVAR capacitor bank, 4.2 MVA/250Hz rotating group, etc.). EMG, exciter specialist for synchronous machines

EMG-EMCO is a family company created therenearly 30 years ago, it specializes in the design and manufacture of exciters for synchronous machines, in particular alternators for energy production, it is very present in hydroelectricity where it refurbishes excitation systems for older generation, as well as in the nuclear or navy sectors. EMG’s range of exciters completes the group’s catalog of components for rotating machines, and now allows Drekan to offer completely integrated offers ranging from engineering to workshop rewinding of machines, including design, the manufacture and supply of “brushless” excitation systems. The electromechanical maintenance activity carried out locally by EMG will allow Drekan to gain a foothold in a territory where it is not present. For its part, EMG will benefit from the group’s capacities in terms of winding, lifting or human resources in order to develop its commercial offer with its current customers.
